Praying for a Dayshift at work

I keep thinking Pastor Jay saying we serve a God of Impossible. There is nothing He cannot do. The world tells me this impossible. My seniority is only 4 years. That I need at least 10 years. I am on opposite shifts as my wife. And it makes planning and doing things near impossible. I remember Pastor Phil saying once...We have not because we ask not. I believe quoted from James. Just asking my brothers and sisters to pray with me about this. If it's His Will it's already done. His will not mine. Thank you prayer warriors.
